This meeting was attended by 2 Leo member and 8 Board Of Directors. The meeting was called to order at 12.05 pm sharp and was adjourned at 1.00 pm. The project meeting was leaded by our Organizing Chairperson(OC) Leo Lee Eu Meng. We discussed about the souvenir's and the backdrop of the function. Performances, item presentations and sketches were also discussed and the idea was agreed.
